Practice sounds so exhausting so why do it?

Because if you get out of shape in your personal and professional life, you will suffer. You will experience better results when you learn the philosophy and process of practice. In this episode, you will see and hear why practice is needed in your life and how and how to start utilizing it immediately.

Isn’t this just for athletes and doctors who have, “practices”?

No. Everyone has the need to practice and the ones who learn to adopt and utilize it will benefit more often than the people who avoid practice. Time to get into shape and benefit from your practice.
